Legal & Formality

We will negotiate the terms for you at the beginning and upon renewal of the contract with your tenant.
We will coordinate the signing with you and the tenant.
In the event of solving certain legal issue exp: eviction. We can refer you the local legal firm to assist you in this matter.

Monitoring

You will be provided with username and password to our Landlord Monitoring Platform
Via the platform, you are able to check the rental collection status
You are also able to view the outgoings payment details and the related supporting documents (if any).
Tenant details and tenancy agreement copy also can be found out in the platform
